Baseball Town

Looking for a batting tee. Sales rep was a young baseball player and provided optiona and his experience. Really helped with a decision and purchase.

The online store help is useless. I had a question on a specific product and the online rep referred me to the description for information. I don't live in Quebec or Ottawa, hence I can't go into the store. Really sad as they seem to have great inventory but If I'm not in person the online service is pitiful.

They have all the gear but so does most other stores like Smash it or Cleaves. They are getting a 1 star because their lack of customer service. I bought a $200 pair of New Balance cleats and my first game they got a whole punctured in the foam, I wasn't sure how it happened and was honest about that and even mentioned it may have happened while swinging (rocks in the box), but that I didn't notice it until after the game. After some back and forth, even though the structure of the cleat was now compromised after one game, they decided to do nothing because they said that I was lying about what had happened. They said it clearly looks like I was spiked, I play in a 35+ co-ed league where there is no sliding, and I play center field. The disrespect shown in the emails will ensure I never purchase another product from this place again.

I needed some equipment but have almost zero knowledge of the sport, Will was such a knowledgeable, nice and patient employee he helped us find everything, gave us tips and tricks and gave us so much of his time when we had a hard time finding what we needed. It was an amazing experience and we will for sure be back.

Though there were copious amounts of gloves/bats/bags/clothing and ultimately everything baseball; the overall lack of manuoevrability throughout the store really affected my experience. The aisles were not big enough for more than one shopper at a time and I found myself standing around waiting or shimmying passed customers far more than I was actually able to peruse. There's ultimately too much stock crammed in one space, making an ineffective shopping experience.

I just received my first order from Baseball Town. I am incredibly happy with the products! Delivery was very fast! I will certainly be ordering more baseball gear from here in the future and recommending Baseball Town to my team!

The customer service is exceptional! Each time I walk in, they take the time to explain all the ins and outs. Tonight was no different, and the smiles here speaks volumes!

Great store, staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, would deffinately go more often if location was easier to get to and find parking.
