If I could give this lady negative starts I would. The breeder accepted payment of a puppy ($3000) and the puppy became very sick within the first 24 hours of the new owners having it. The new owners contacted the breeder many times on how they should handle the situation and the breeder did not have any answers. The new owners took the puppy to the vet clinic (as any good pet owner would do) and it ended up having parvo and died within 2 days. The breeder has not refunded the owners with the money and has terminated all communication and blocked the dogs owners. When the puppy came into the care of the new owners, it had ear mites and looked very sick. The breeder said that the dog was probably ill due to it having received medication for preventative parasites. The breeder of the ill puppy is not accepting any responsibility and needs to refund the money.EDIT (after response from owner):Why would the pet owner want another puppy after the first one the breeder provided was ill?Puppy tested positive for parvo after blood work was completed. The breeder does not have access to the pets vet information as she is no longer the owner. The contract the breeder provided also said they would provide a puppy with good health, which they did not do.Prior to the sale, the vet did not provide a clean bill of health, it had ear mites and had to be treated. How would a reputable breeder's animals have ear mites?I'd probably swear at you too if you stole $3000 from me.Not only did they purchase a puppy, they were stuck with a hefty vet bill. I guess what it comes down to is, why wouldn't the breeder refund them?I am not here to personally insult the breeder (which is how the breeder has choosen to deal with the situation-see below, unless she edited her response for a 3rd time), but rather to educate people on someone's experience with this breeder. They have turned off reviews on their facebook page so people can't write reviews. I wonder why?
