Anu is amazing! So friendly, warm, and very clearly is incredible at what she does. My entire family now goes to her, and our experience is always wonderful and productive in regards to our respective issues.

Clean, friendly place. Try out the different staff to see who's the best fit - all are good - I liked Steve. They have e-receipts that go to your email in moments - very handy. There is lots of parking but can be trickier to back out if you park directly in front - recommend parking on the larger side lot.

I had a massage treatment by Sinead Bright and couldn’t have been happier with my experience! She definitely made my gloomy day much brighter :).She has an amazing energy and made me feel very calm, at ease and cared for.I’ve been having issues with my neck for quite some time now that cause migraines, and she was determined to help alleviate that pain and pinpoint the root cause of it. She was very diligent and wanted to make sure I was properly treated before ending the session.She made my experience so relaxing and I can finally move my neck again which makes me so happy!She even offered to demonstrate some stretches that will help me in between sessions which I really appreciate.I would definitely recommend this clinic and Sinead Bright!

I love Ability Massage Therapy! I had been suffering from low back pain and it got to a point where I was miserable. Using their online booking system I was able to find one 30 min opening the next day with Trisha. She was excellent and I had a huge improvement! When my 30 min appointment ended, I checked my watch because I felt like I had been there an hour. I immediately booked a second appointment a week later. The facility is very nice with a professional atmosphere and their online booking system makes it so easy to check availability of your favourite RMT. I have been to this location in the past and if you don't have a favourite, you can't go wrong booking with the person who fits your schedule. I have never had a bad experience.

I had massive pain I'm left upper arm and shoulder. I hadn't slept well in over a month.It was my first time trying acupuncture and it was AMAZING. It still hurt the first night, but so much less. I got a good night's sleep the second night after treatment. After my second appointment my arm and shoulder are just fine.Thank you so much..
