Do NOT recommend this vet! I contacted them about my pet's condition. They took him in quickly but did not do all the blood work in one visit. They did one panel and then suggested a second round. They gave me a prescription with some special food. I called them after a week when my supply of food was getting low. The vet tech was friendly but said the vet needed to call me back. I waited 3 days and heard nothing back. I called them again with the same response. The vet will call me back. I waited another 4 days and finally got a call back from the vet. That was a week after saying I needed the special food for my pet. I purchased the food from another vet that was much more responsive.

Great staff, they treat your pet like it's theirs. They also gave out alot of treats to make things easier during the visits. Highly recommended Veterinary.

They were very good to deal with. We took our cat who was very sick to them. They helped in every way they could. In the end we had to put her down do to her be 16 and she would not make it through surgery.

They're the best, I've got a Shar-pei mix n they can b temperamental n Perth vet has always been patient w her n help w all the skin issues the breed can get. They give u the info u need to know, vaccines, ticks, etc

Such an amazing crew there. Had an emergency situation when there was actually another emergency situation going on. Staff members handle it in a calm swift like manner and the bill was not bad at all. Love these guys.

So great with our beloved pets. My cat never got so many treats. She was so comfortable there - she wouldn't stop purring and needed treats so they could listen to her heartbeat.

The staff are generally nice, and they do care about your pets. However, the staff there will always put themselves first. There is little communication between staff members, which causes many mix-ups. My family had a cat who passed late 2022, and one vet put him on some food that did and would keep him healthy, however, another vet called us saying to stop the food. When we eventually had to put him down, the vet who was assisting us said that the food would've helped him and didn't understand why we stopped giving it to him. We explained the situation to her and she refused to believe it was a mistake from someone in the clinic. We are now having to deal with another pet death, on a holiday, to which there are no vets on call. We were forwarded to a big vet call centre, to which we also got no answer after being on hold for more than 30 minutes. Our dog is extremely sick and on the brink of death, and there is no one to assist with end of life care, as their holidays are too important. I'd also like to mention they have three clinics, all of them we were willing to travel to, and no vets anywhere. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. If you want okay service from these vets, make sure it's during office hours, as they will be unavailable otherwise.

I used this company for over 10 years. I recently had to put down my cat. They showed the up most respect towards my self and my cat Bella. It's was the hardest day of my life to see my first pet go to sleep forever but they were kind to send me a card and paw print. I highly recommend this company

My kitty had a health emergency at the same time I had to go out of town for work unexpectedly. I appreciate being able to get in last minute and they were upfront about the additional fee for an emergency appointment. The staff and vet team were friendly and understanding. I would have preferred a bit more communication as I was left wondering what was going on with the blood work (my kitty was not receptive of having it taken and eventually had to be fully sedated.) Over the weekend I called their after-hours service who failed to give Perth Vet the message...but when I called the receptionist was quick to have the vet return my call. Overall, I would recommend.
