Probably rhe worst experience I've ever had in BP. Think Jim Treliving needs to send some trainer up so they can improve the standards here.Server could have cared less. When asked about specials/soup of the day she had no clue. And had i not asked she wasn't going to go find out.Food was warm ish and presentation was terrible. Disposable containers etc. Brutal

Hardly anyone working here anymore and the servers that are working don't seem like they are in a hurry to do any work. We waited for over 10 minutes standing at the front before anyone sat us. The table we were sat at was still dirty with crusty food remnants still stuck to it. Only saw the server once to take food and drink order at the same time, they never came back at all to check on drinks or food. The fries were under cooked, soaked in grease and inedible. No salt or pepper on the table. The men's bathroom has one working sink and the other sink drain is plugged.This place DESPERATELY needs a visit from Boston Pizza regional manager or trainer because this is one of the worst locations I've ever eaten at. All my visits the last 2 - 3 weeks have been mostly the same. Just bad all around.

Ordered to go from the Meadow Lake Boston Pizza as we were travelling through town, waited 5 more minutes after giving them an extra 15 minutes to their 15 to 20 minute estimate timing they gave us when we called. Very little sauce on the Jambalaya fettuccine also no mozzarella and no pecans in the pecan salad. Generally speaking they knew it was a to go order and we wouldn't drive back 100 plus kms to complain.

Disappointing. Usually BPs can deliver a hood dining experience but this location has some issues.I felt for the severs as it seemed they were understaffed and inexperienced.Long wait time to be served, no cutlery, no check in for drinks, server forgot to put in my order for lunch which was forgotten about which was a 30 minute wait to get the wrong pizza from what I ordered. The second drink I ordered came with the bill after waiting.Also, closed on Sunday’s even though there’s an influx of shift workers in town right now.Hopefully they can improve

Now under new ownership I'm told. So far everything seems straight down hill. Service was ok but seems like server's are under a lot of pressure. Order time was crazy slow and it all used to be great. In all, not impressed with the new owner/owners so far.

Always a solid place to go for food and usually good to great service...but for the first time, the service in the bar area wasn't very good...I had to ask the guy clearing the tables to take our food order, the waitress wasn't clearing the tables and she didn't seem to be able to keep up with the minimal people in the bar area! When I asked her to bring the bill and she came over I asked her how long she had been working there, she was vague in her answer....I should have got her name...

Came in at 9:20, was told they close at 10 so I waited 10 minutes for the waitress to take my order. By now its 9:30....takes my order and brings me a beer. Got my pizza by 9:45.....the guy that brought my pizza out had to get me another beer because my waitress was to busy talking to her buddies at the bar. The most Unattentive bar tender that I've ever delt with at Boston Pizza!! Go to pay and she expected a tip!!!? Here's my tip...1. Don't speak Punjabi when there's other people around, it's disrespectful!2. Focus as much time on your other costumers as you do your buddies!And finally.....if you want a tip, show me you deserve it.

Service in the lounge is horrible. The servers hardly come by, as they’re taking care of regulars. The food at BPs as generally gone downhill too
