Spoke to Emily in the Parts Dept about some ripper tines for my BE box blade. She was able to order 3 for me and had them ready for pick-up. Also picked up a few things for my 200hr service on my L3301. Service and support has been excellent.

Everyone I came in contact with were very informative and helpful, not the typical sales tactic, worked with me to find the perfect machine that suited my needs, highly recommended if you’re looking for a machine

Had a tractor down on our farm and ordered the seal required from Douglas Lake. They sent the wrong part - so now we have a tractor down for the 4th day and no way to feed 170 cows. Ended up driving to Prince George and picking up the correct part from Huber Equipment. Pretty poor service!

I’m pleased to say I had a great experience with DLE kabota in Kamloops B.C.I was on the hunt for a excavator that could do some digging/mulching and something that can be maneuvered easily as well staying with a lower budget to boot.Frank holt was the salesman I went threw.we went back and forth on some models, mulchers pulse forestry cages and ended up landing on the kx040-4.This machine reaches all the goals that I need it to plus more, The forestry cage what was put on that machine was done up by4-D welding and fabricating witch they have a great relationship with and have done great work together I mean ever seen a fully decked out mini with 1 1/2 polycarbonate glass and a forestry cage that’s built up like fort nox neither have I till I seen this mini. AsFaller/tree climber/CUA I needed this excavator to hit all forestry WCB requirements to keep on the safe side of thing.frank hit every check mark that I was worried about and the excavator performs exceptionally well with the mulcher and forestry package.Frank made quick work of what I needed and made the process fast and easy.Everyone in the office there was very nice and outgoing as well, I’m extremely happy with my purchase, Everything was clean, professional and organized.Thanks Frank holt / kabota / 4-D for the wicked service

Douglas lake equipment is the reason we have 3 pieces of Kubota iron sitting on our farm even though i live in the Okanagan we choose to go to Kamloops to do business with this company. It started with Scott the salesman that helped me along the way to Kelly the service manager that helped when i had a few hiccups- my service tech john made everything work and was unbelievably professional. I cannot say enough about this company

I ordered a small tractor from these folks. After placing the order, I spent the next month calling, emailing and dropping by the store to try to find out what was going on with the order. I got stonewalled every time.After finally committing to a delivery date, they just ghosted me. No call, no show. When they finally delivered it several days later, the paperwork I had to sign to get it included several thousand dollars in extra fees that had never been disclosed or discussed.Despite paying several hundred dollars for delivery, they didn't deliver all of the parts. I had to drive down to get it myself before I could actually use the equipment. No refund on the delivery charge.The only followup was when they called me to ask me to give them a good rating in the kubota customer service survey.I like the tractor, but I'm very unimpressed with the dealership.Edit: bought several implements for the tractor, all of which turned out to be missing critical pieces. Thousands of dollars in equipment simply not usable because they didn't bother giving me all the parts.Edit: eight months later, they still refuse to give me the warranty I paid thousands of dollars for. I've had to get kubota involved to try to get them to honor their contracts. Incredibly scummy and dishonest company.

Really good experience at DLE Kamloops. Trevor was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had about all the equipment and implements that I wanted, and some I didn't even know that I wanted/needed. Would definitely come here again.

I wish our dealer would get treated like that in the peace country, them so called top dogs down there don't have a clue what it takes to keep the customer base going, so they are losing there best people just because they only care about themself. Sorry but that is just the way it is. They will lose some big customers. Thanks to Mike. So it wasn't for the good people trying up here we would move on fast.
