Greg and Chris were great guys and did a great job changing my leaky old door with an awesome new one. I'm very happy with the overall service, quality and attitude of the people at Templeton.

Worst communication skills I have ever experienced. Not sure how they are even still in business based on the other reviews I have read (should have read them before hiring them) and my own experience. Long story short I was given such a run around about my small simple job that I paid my current balance and told them not to return. Waited 3 months for one window and a door to be installed and never did get the door. You can only be told so many times that they would show up and then not before getting irate. After expressing our concern for this lack of respect for the customer we were only disrespected again when the apparent owner of the company didn't even have the decency to call us back to address the issues with their minions. I support local business and that's why I chose this company but i will never recommend and infact share my experience with everyone I can.

Great Job, The young guys that were sent did an excellent job. They Removed three very old heavy outside doors and installed our new ones that we ordered from Templetons. Great job!! Installed trim, caulking and hardware.Cleaned up, and removed all waste including old doors. We are very happy with this company.

We own a local renovation company in Simcoe County and Templeton’s is a company that we have a strong working relationship with. We love that Stu comes and measures for accuracy of the windows and doors we need. Their prices are very competitive. The products are the quality we need. It’s great when local companies support each other!

Service team was great. No issues. Owner? Customer Service team? Wow. All they do is blame the customer. Would rather put cardboard over my windows than have this lack of professional behaviour group ever do work for me.If I could give zero stars I would.

I needed a piece of plexiglass for our annual Turkey Dinner. Everyone was so kind, professional. . . I am at a loss for words. The service I received was the best. Christmas came early this year and simply saying thank you seems so inadequate but it's from my heart. Thank you for all you do for so many. Templeton Windows are the best. Bless you all.

I simply had to have a single piece of glass cut. The price was better than I expected. Would have given five stars but there was a lack of communication. I wasn't contacted when the glass was ready I had to call them to find out if it was done.

The Templeton family are customer centric and provide first class service / products to the community. Have dealt with them for many years and their dedication to customers has never changed.

Update: we called them regarding the below issue and they came out and fixed the screen the same day. This helped redeem the situation, however the communication within this establishment needs more focus. Thank you! Changing from 1 star to 3 stars.This was a disappointing experience. We chose this company because it is local to our community. We first contacted them on July 6th. Shortly after they sent an associate over to our home to measure the window. We then ordered the screen. Multiple weeks went by and we were told the delay was due to the frame not being available. Due to global supply chain issues with COVID we understood. Another few weeks go by and we follow up again, only to be told the screen is ready down in Mississauga, however they are waiting to have a full truck load to pick up before going to get it. Not a great customer experience so far. Further discussion is had, another week goes by and finally we are told the screen is ready for pick up. We do not have AC and the house has been very hot, so this was great news! My partner uses his lunch break to go pick the screen up, brings it home for the screen to NOT FIT. The associate that took the measurements, or whoever cut the screen, cut it too small so the screen doesn't fit in the window frame. We're going on 6 weeks now, after patiently waiting, only to bring it home for the screen to not fit.This has been a terrible customer experience. Next time we will go to a box store or somewhere else where they clearly know what they are doing.Measure twice, cut once!
