I Highly recommend this Physiomed location. The staff are all welcoming and professional and treat you with consideration each and every visit. I have had the need to receive physio services in several cities in Ontario, but this one really stood out to me due to the the customer service and the attention given to my issues.

I have had neck pain for years. I have tried many different physios and chiros as well as acupuncture. Then I went to physiomed Whitby by recommendation of a friend. I must say this is the first time I am getting any relief. Customer service is amazing and responsive, and their chiropractor is godsend. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I’ve been to a few physio clinics but this was the first time I’ve experienced end to end perfection. Everything from the the staff greeting you at the door, to highly qualified therapists, and the ease of billing at the end. Great job team! Massage therapists provide just the right amount of pressure and will adjust based on your needs. Acupuncturist is a heaven send; I always leave feeling extra refreshed and my skin has a glow. Definitely recommend this spot!

I've been suffering from knee pain for more then 2 years and tries few different clinics without any results. This place has very knowledgeable therapists and this machine called shockwave, and after the recommend sessions, I'm pain free. Highly recommended.

Went there 4 times and they were late to their own appointment 3 times. The physiotherapist had an appointment with me, she decided to make me wait and fill out papers for 20 minutes, I left work early to make it. Too much paper work, then they ask you the same questions on the forms you just filled out. Save your money and go somewhere else. management has since taken action to rectify the situation. 1 star to 3

My husband and I got a massage today I highly recommend physiomed. The massage therapist was so nice and gave us the best massage. Our experience at this clinic was amazing

Excellent physio and massage services! They really helped drill down to the root of the problem for my sciatica pain and gave me some exercises and stretches to take home. Progress was amazing, highly recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars to this place, I would. I go to Physiomed in Whitby and the place is exceptionally clean and bright. The machines and equipment are new and clean. All staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. I have been involved in a motor vehicle accident and they gave me the support that I needed working through the process.I highly recommend Physiomed whitby and cannot say enough how amazing and helpful the staff is. Highly recommended!

Everyone from the front staff to my therapist were so professional. They made me feel so comfortable and calm after my therapy! Really helped me with my back pain. Can't wait to go back!

I was suffering from back pain for few years. This place is amazing. After going for 3 treatment my pain is almost gone. I would refer my friends and family to come to this place. This place is clean and their environment is very friendly.
