Had a wheel alignment done here and although the alignment was good the steering wheel was a tad bit off, brought it in and they squeezed me in the same day to fix the issue plus gave me a ride back home and picked me up again when the truck was ready, Didn’t catch the guys name on the front counter but he was extremely friendly as well. Would definitely recommend 10/10

I asked for wheel alignment, I waited all week for the appoitment, in the end they took money from me for diagnostics, not for wheel alignment, arguing that it’s tedious to change parts in the suspension, but I came from another mechanic and they didn’t need to change something urgently to do the alignment . so I think it's more like a scam than a service. In the end, I just paid $57 for something I didn't ask for. I already know that soon these parts need to be changed, but this is not obligatory right now.

First, I got a quote on what needed to be done on my vehicle. I broughtmy vehicle in the get new tires,brakes and ,routers and wheel alignment done. It was all that was required to get my vehicle back onthe road. After the job was complete, the lady tried to charge us over$300 extra then what was quoted. She blamed her computer for the mix up. There were other customers there that had no problem with the computer. After trying to work out their mixup, and it was corrected, we left. Once on theroad, my vehicle started making a noise in the back right tire. I called the garage . They stated it was the wheel bearing, which was not, a problem beforehand. They quoted us$527 to have a new bearing . Im not paying that crazy amount for one wheel bearing to be fixed. Im totally disgusted in their service. And to think It was referred to me.

Scam artists!! Avoid this location!!! 1st tried to sell me parts at a 250% mark up. They were not impressed that I called a parts store in front of them but I knew something was off. I drop my car and 20 min later get a call with a ridiculous 4.5 hour labor quote. Labor which I had a professional garage do afterwards for 2 hours! I denied the quote and said just do an alignment. 3 hours go by no word from them. I go back to find after I denied the quote they just pulled my car out and parked it! And then made the decision to not contact me. 3 hour drive to this apt btw. 3 hours sitting at a restaurant.. When asked why they didn't contact me they lied and said they tried and it wouldn't work?!? Phone worked fine when you called with that crazy high quote! Then charged me $60 to get my keys back....

HORRIBLE service!!! Went here to get my air conditioning fixed and was charged nearly $400 - it cut out again less than a day later and when I went back they just shrugged and asked for more money despite not fixing the issue in the first place! Would not recommend AT ALL because they are price gouging at this business.

Would highly recommend - excellent communication and friendly staff. Our car broke down in St. John's during our East Canada road trip starting in Toronto, and CAA towed our car to this location. They were extremely accommodating and worked hard to get our car repaired in time for us to catch a ferry leaving Newfoundland the next day. We appreciate their professionalism and quality service. Thank you!

First time visiting City Tire at this location, bought 4 tires and rims and had them installed. Our appointment was at 8 and we walked out at 8:30 with tires and rims installed and paid for. The ladies behind the counter were professional and helpful throughout the buying process. If you are thinking about going here for service Do It!

I do not recommend this garage. Sent my teenage daughter there to have a muffler installed on her car ( muffler was provided ) as I was out of town. They gave her a quote of $761 to weld in a 18” piece of pipe!! I told her to leave and never look back as they were taking advantage of her.I sent her to freshwater auto and $200 later the job was completed with quality work!Do better City Tire!

Low quality service. Lost confidence in the technicians here. Had my simple brake and rotor issue misdiagnosed as an issue with my serpantine belt. Was quoted at $600 dollars and after having my serpantine belt replaced, noise on my wheel still persisted. Got a $60 dollar refund for the misdiagnosis and that was it. No apology or refund for the costs. Not returning here again. No thank you.
