Awesome service, saved the day. I will definitely be coming back, for all my dry cleaning needs.

I brought in my down filled coat that I love, it's a Montcler that I bought years ago. They did a fabulous job, as always. We used to bring loads of cleaning to Hi Neighbour and they have always done excellent work. We trust them.

They cleaned my daughter’s wedding dress. It was quite costly but the dress is cleaned and suitable for resale. We didn’t opt for the extra cost to box it for storage because the cleaning was already $250. However they did a good job and I would feel comfortable either to keep it for a long time or to sell it. Kind and friendly people.

Amazing service. We had dirt and mud on white lace. They took care of it, no problem. We were quoted 3x the price elsewhere!

Had a $600 suit jacket that I spilled a bunch of milk tea all over the front of, Just picked up my coat within 24 hours of drop off and it’s absolutely spotless. That on its own would be enough but when you consider how unbelievably cheap these guys are I cannot imagine going to a different dry cleaner

Doesn't accept cash for payment. Businesses like this are basically shills for the government and should be boycotted. Won't return.

Previous Employee: customer service is fake. If you had an item with a stain, the owner would leave it, and give it back to you no cleaner than you dropped it off and say he couldnt do anything. Not to mention how abusive he was. I would get called a bi*** and re**** at least once a week. Staff are all severely underpaid for the abuse they put up with. I was encouraged" not to take breaks. I would get yelled at for taking a moment to eat lunch. Bathroom privileges were nearly taken away because the door was open when no one was in it. I’ve been going here for years and been very happy with the service. I recently had my winter jacket dry cleaned and during the process one of the logos came off, they were unable to repair the jacket with their in house alterations but they paid for the repair using the manufacturers approved repair facility. Outstanding customer service and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the service. Although an unfortunate event, Mark and Crystal the owners of the facility ensured I was satisfied as a customer. I will continue to bring my garments here for cleaning in the years to come.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best. I brought a coat to dry clean, it is custom made so it doesn’t have washing instructions. I understand that if I want it cleaned it would be under my responsibility. However, I’d have appreciated if they have provided some options. I got a call from them telling me that they could simply not wash my coat unless I tell them how to proceed. I certainly have no knowledge in dry cleaning processes. In my opinion, with their expertise they could have suggested what to do and I could agree knowing is 100% my responsibility. I understand where they’re coming from, I’m just taken aback to find a no for an answer. Most businesses are willing to work with the client before saying no but I guess Hi Cleaners is not one of them.
