Stopped in for parts, parts guys found what I need in a timely manner. Asked the service manager about doing some warranty work and found him to have quite a bit of an attitude and was unwilling to help. Definitely won't be dealing a machine at this dealer with that kind of attitude.

Received a service invoice after asking if they could quote a tractor fire for insurance purposes. Lots of work and parts to be ordered but I guess just not enough for the corporate world. Work order or invoice was never mentioned, so it was a big surprise that the farm was billed for the Quote.
