Terribly run location. I ordered a lemon grass soup with chicken and came home and there was no chicken. They forgot the most important part of the meal and left me absolutely furious and dissatisfied. Ruined my dinner after a long hard week.

The experience was standard. I ordered a wrap and it was a bit dry and it felt a little light on ingredients but it still tasted good. The service was quick. The restaurant was mostly clean but the tables hadn’t been wiped even though there was nobody in the restaurant. The staff were just hiding in the back.

Freshii is one of my favorite restaurants to go to for a healthy alternative because of all the great choices from smoothies, bowls, burritos and more. The staff were so nice, friendly, and fast!! The location is SO clean! I don't always write reviews but I was very impressed since I've been to a lot of locations this is hands down the best one I've been to!! Also the oaxaca bowl is my favorite!!!!

Meh. Customer service I give a 1. Not very friendly. Been inconsistent for sure. Today my salad was super full with like no dressing. When I called them they said they put it on. Why argue with someone who has to eat dry salad on their lunch break? 11$ for a dry salad?! No way. I went back showed them the salad and they gave me more dressing. ONLY reason I’m giving them a 2. Probably won’t be back though lol

Ate here a couple days ago and forgot to post a review. The food is awesome and the staff are so friendly and the restaurant looks amazing. I tried the Cobb salad with chicken and a Freshii green smoothie. Best fast casual spot in South Surrey.

An employee was really amazing !! I believe I caught his name as Karn. I had asked for my meal to go and sauces on the side and when I decided to have a bite at the restaurant first he noticed I was trying to toss my own food bowl. He quickly came and offered to toss it for me which was really nice ! On top of that he again came after to offer me some water. Not many times do you find great service at “fast food” considered places. Great employee to have !!

I am a local PAC president. We wanted to do something special for the teachers this year as a thank you and I reached out to freshii to order meals. They were so easy to deal with and responded very quickly. I put in an order of 50 items and they delivered with names on each item with ZERO mistakes. Everyone said the food was delicious and I was seriously impressed. Thank you FRESHII!

Yummy food and service with a smile! I ordered a Mediterranean quinoa bowl which was delicious and fresh! I would definitely order it again.

Sadly quality control here is truly lacking.The past 3 or 4 times ive gone here, i have had issues with my order. Today was my last straw... i ordered two wraps. Both filled with rotting brown soggy and stinky lettuce. The steak also tasted a bit funny so i stopped eating it about halfway through and tossed it. what a disappointment !

We came in with about 45 minutes until closing and we given great service despite it being busy with only one server. The smoothies are reasonably priced and delicious!
