Victoria Park Apartments

Grateful for Von, Johnny and Max in acquiring my best living situation for the circumstance from my previous living due to a plumbing concerns. It took a great ordeal but was successful in transferring me to a more convenient unit that is updated in flooring and is spacious. Von and Johnny always does their best going above and beyond, and for that I couldn’t ask for a better property administrator and superintendent.

Von and clemente have been very helpful and supportive in my process on moving into one of the centurion aparments. Von has great charisma and excellent service when i spoke with him on how I could rent one of the centurion apartments. Hes always available whenever you need a favour or a question to be answered and i could not be more grateful. Von deserves recognition for his natural hardwork. He goes out his way to make sure your needs are met. Clemente! I have to say that most building managers that i experienced would not try to even attempt half the work that clemente has done for me and with a postive attitude. I just moved in recently into one of the centurion apartments and clementes charisma and work ethic to get things done amazes me. There was an emergency on the first day i moved in and i forgot to get my bedset from the storage room only to which clemente had the keys for. It was probably 10 or 11pm late at night and i called him and asked if he can bring my bedset to my apartment room because i forgot it. Clemente said not a problem and he was at my apartment in minutes with my bedset. Had Clemente not brought my bedset to me I would have been sleeping on the floor that night. I have nothing but great things to say about Von and Clemente and i am happy that i am a resident at centurion.

I have ordeal after ordeal with these individuals. I have just recently moved in and I am not impressed to say the least. Infested with cockroaches and horrible management. No one replies to emails or phone calls. Its like their tenants do not exist and I am very disappointed with how they have treated me. If anyone is looking to live in any of these buildings, please don't and save yourself the time and trouble of dealing with these conditions. You will not be happy.

They have a nice appartment and it very neat and clean am really enjoying their appartment.
