Customer service is top notch, very professional and courteous, been dealing with SWS for several years and they have never let me down. I don't normally write reviews but these guys deserve it.special shout out to Kendal always positive and friendly.

Great place to book boat trips to partake in water sports like water skiing, knee boarding, wakeboarding, and tubing. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff that are good instructors for those trying these activities for the first time.

I decided to post this review after having my boat in heated storage this past winter and having all sort of issues. The first issue after getting the boat back from storage we found out that they replaced the propeller with an OJ805 and not the factory OJ828. They did not say anything when they returned the boat and only after me spending time to determine why the boat did not run right did it get found out. They did provide the correct propeller but only after I figured it out and never explained why they changed it. The second issue we found was they had taken parts off the boat and replaced them with old ones or nothing at all. We had an issue with the Surf tabs and when looking we noticed that the clips used to hold the tabs on had been changed to a steel trailer hitch clip. The clip they used bent because it was not of the same quality. I provided a picture so you can see the steel vs the original. We had missing spacers on both sides. Just so that people understand this is a two year old boat.

Julie at SWS was super helpful and made sure the guys launched my boat on time. Even when special arrangements need to be made Julie went above and beyond. Thanks again!

Top notch outfit. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. As easy as could be. And the boat and jet skis were in excellent condition. Highly recommended.

I've been a customer for over 5 years and have always been treated extremely well. The service and maintenance crew are top notch having completed a nearly full rebuild of my boat including some highly complex repairs. They have always been there when I need them.Highly recommend.

Rented a power boat from SWS Minett for 2 weeks in August.Pickup and dropoff went without a hitch. The boat worked flawlessly and met all our needs. We will be back with SWS whenever we are cottaging in Lake Rosseau or Lake Joseph.

S.W.S., in Minett near the Mariott Rosseau Resort is excellent! Their sales team took care of me and answered my million questions as a rookie boater! They were friendly and knowledgeabke. I also feel they gave me a heck of a great price! Scott is amazing and eben took the time to show me around store! All my texts and phone calls were always answered quickly too. I highky recommend Scott and the team at S.W.S., Minett!!
