Advertise one thing and deliver another - not reliable

Bait and switch! False advertising at it's finest. All ads offer laminate including installation for $2.49 sq/ft. When contacted we were informed that that price was for laminate without sound proof underlay...which we said that, that was fine as we are flooring a basement..they then explained that they ONLY use sound proof underlay at a price of $3.50 sq/ft. Prices kept climbing in the estimate finally accumulating to a final" quoted price of $4.70 sqft. Regardless of the quality work done the advertising is intentionally misleading and dishonest. They are knowingly selling at a price higher than advertised"

A team of 3 pros showed up on time and worked until the job was finished. They were very careful moving my furnishings, and cleaned up after. More importantly, I LOVE the floor!
