Williams-Sonoma

One of my favorite stores for any cooking wares and dining decor. My wife enjoys all of the options that are available at the store. We definitely recommend the juicer.

Williams-Sonoma overall has great products that are more on the pricey side. The Yorkdale location moved from one side of the mall to the newer section a while back so the easiest way to access the store is from the entrance near area A in the parking lot (Cineplex/Indigo entrance) or from the main underground parking garage.Currently the mall is closed so this store has moved to curbside pick-up. I was very pleased with my most recent experience. My order was prepared within a few hours and the pick up went smoothly. I was greeted at the door and it took only a minute to get my order which was placed on a cart and wheeled to me. Overall a great experience.

I can’t even explain how much I love this store. They have amazing household items. The quality is superb and the level of customer service is exquisite.Such a beautiful store and while the items are not inexpensive; it is well worth the price tag when you consider the quality of the products in this store.The employees here are lovely and so very helpful. Love shopping here!

Uhm..... what happened to W S ?????? Inventory and service, gone to the pits, prices can't go much higher, and because of the higher unjustified prices my purchasing at W S is gone way down. Not the WS I used to know !

Visited two weeks ago, wanting to buy a knife sharpener and an espresso machine. Discussed knife maintenance with sales associate, who invited me to look at knife sharpeners. We were interrupted by another couple mid way. I thought the associate was just giving them direction, so waited patiently for a minute, then it was clear she was helping them with a sale. I waited another minute and walked out, without so much as a glance or acknowledgement from the sales associate.Knife sharpener: $325Espresso machine: $2,700Williams Sonoma: $0 that dayAmazon: $3,800 for better espresso machine & knife sharpenerService experience doesn't live up to the brand aspirations

So very disappointed in the store recently. We had ordered a Le Cruset Honey Pot as a birthday gift on January 6. The item did not come until January 27. When I had called to inquire about shipping, they had said there was a 5 week backlog, however no where on the website did they indicate this, or else we would have ordered elsewhere. Furthermore the item came to use broken...they will not waive our shipping costs (which was half the price of the pot) and unfortunately both times we had called, both reps were not friendly. While I can appreciate the current climate the world is in, I would've expected better from a company like Williams Sonoma.

This is a perfect place to purchase petty amazing stuff. I found the store full of items that have a lot of characters and interesting elements. I found the staff very kind and helpful.The store is on the Eastern side of the mall and has straightforward access from the parking lot. :)

The store itself is a beautifully organized display of kitchenware. Staff are polite and usually helpful. Thing is, the place is kinda grossly expensive. I do love to pick up their branded cocktail mixers however. They're quite delicious.

The quality of products is undoubtedly high but the prices are disproportionately higher. Service is excellent here, so, keep an eye out for sales and make the most of it! They don't just sell pots and pans and crockery, but muffin mixes too. When they go on sale after Christmas, for example, try them out.
