The reception with which you are greeted is friendly and inviting. The vibe is calming and relaxing. Teo is professional, warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Nindy has ‘healing’ hands and knows how to use them! The products are high quality and all natural. Counting the days til I come back . . . !

Action speaks louder than words. I had a dry scalp for years. I was referred to many skin specialists and was given medicated creams and shampoos but nothing came close to this. Refer to my pictures for before and after treatment.I would hardly come across a place where I would give it a complete 5 star rating with exceptional service standards. This place has it all. Ambiance, great quality products, amazing staff. They are friendly, helpful and thankful. Facility is neat and clean and they make you feel just at ease instantaneously.I saved the best for the last, the owner Teo, is a sensational, out of this world person who is bound to awe you with her lively demeanour and personality. You can't go without meeting her otherwise you will miss half the experience. I would highly recommend this place and would come here again.PS: products were on the expensive side

The ambience was both beautiful and relaxing. I felt at peace throughout the treatment.Teo, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to meet. She’s knowledgable and empathetic. She thouroughly explained all the details of my scalp and showed me pictures.The treatment itself felt amazing. It literally is a facial for your scalp. My scalps feels so refreshed and rejuvinated.I appreciate that the products are all natural and bonus that they smell good too.I will definately be coming back for more treatments. I’m confident that it will bring my scalp back to life. I highly recommended!

I’ve been going to Gyoker Scalp Spa and Wellness Clinic for a year now and they never disappoint. I had an appointment today with Teo. She is so amazing! She takes her time and explains things thoroughly and she is so knowledgeable. The ambiance of this place is also incredible, so peaceful, so relaxing and so pretty. This place is so relaxing. The beautiful Ambience of the plants the smell. Your have entered you spa day. Nothing compares to the treatment that you get here. You leave so relaxed your hair clean scaple not itchy,oily and smelling amazing. This is a place to come and try if you're thinning out your hair too oily having scalp issues. A date with your mom, Sister, friend, boyfriend, bridal party you have to try this place. Worth every penny don't forget your products to keep up your treatment. Teo is amazing very knowledgeable and helps understanding why you are having issues. When your done your treatment she even shows you before and after scaple analysis.

This is the place I've been looking for a while now! It's a nice relaxing environment with knowledgeable scalp therapists. Teo and Erica were so patient, answered all my questions. I especially liked the customization of my care and flexibility in treatment. I will be back!

I came here because I was having issues with some thinning hair and it had great reviews. Teo uses a microscope to look at your hair, asks questions about your lifestyle (but not your diet), tells you some bad news, a prognosis, what's gone is gone and that this process will help to stop it getting worse. She says if I see a Dr they would only recommend steroids or I could do painful procedures with needles (she makes seeing a Dr seem horribel and barbaric). She even told me how some people wear their hair in an updo and use the hair to make bangs (I'm 32). It was really upsetting and depressing to hear.Then I had the spa treatment, which was nice until when the women doing my treatment and her neighbour ask you what you've used on your hair and gasp loudly and tell you you should never buy drug store shampoo and conditioner!!!! It's a very embarrassing, awkward shame experience. (Sorry I can't spend $30-60 on a single bottle of shampoo all the time.) They all tell you everything verbatim I read in their FAQs on the website.After it's all done they get you buy some very expensive products all the things your hair is missing" (I used the serum and shampoo for 6 months and although it lasts long and smells nice I've noticed zero difference in my hair vs the $5 bottles). I had an amazing experience at Gyökér! I was referred by a couple of friends to visit this salon to address my scalp concerns. Teo (the owner) and Jenna were very helpful and knowledgeable in addressing my concerns. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. The experience from start to finish was everything I was expecting. A couple of items to point out to help other new clients be more prepared for their experience:1. There are quite a few stairs to access the salon (not accessible friendly).2. You will be advised to purchase home care products - on the expensive side. Total visit may cost more than what is originally stated at booking.All in all, a great experience! Will return for follow up treatment.
