Run from this shop. Don't walk, run. I had to take my vehicle back to them a second time and they were still unable to fix their mistakes.I took my Camaro to them for a brand new front bumper and paint as well as several other items, and there was several issues with the work they performed:-Paint runs. I could understand if it was a repaired bumper and the run was small. But this was a significant run on a brand new front bumper.-The amount of orange peel on the newly painted front bumper is what I'd expect from paying a mom and pop shop that did work in an unventilated garage. I will attach a photo to the business listing so you can see for yourself. Completely unacceptable.-Vehicle was taken to them for to fix the orange peel on the front bumper a second time. Car looked the exact same when I got it back. It looks to me like they just washed it and applied tire shine to it.-Scratched my steering wheel, now everytime I make a turn, I can feel the scratch. Shop pulled the whole well there's no way to tell how that scratch got there" strategy. I noticed it immediately after getting in my car

Had to get a fair bit of damage repaired on my car, out of pocket. I found the staff were exceptionally kind, quick and knowledgeable. Overall I felt as though the service was affordable for what I needed and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thanks so much!

I dropped off my car at CSN Keizer's last week for an assessment. They offered to take it in right away to get started on the work and were also able to arrange a rental for me immediately. The car rental was done onsite and I had a set of keys in my hand within minutes. It was super convenient. They kept me updated each day on progress and everyone I dealt with was friendly. And to top it all off, they somehow still managed to have my car ready for pick up right after a big snowstorm. Overall I'm very happy with the service here! If I ever need auto body repairs again I will definitely be taking my car back here. Cheers.

They were very helpful and courteous and directed me to a place where I could get a rental while my car was being repaired. They did a wonderful repair job and had my car back withing their estimated time. I highly reccomend them to anyone.

While my insurance company was difficult, CSN Keizers made the experience as easy and pain free as possible. I was astonished at their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond in helping. I couldn't be happier with their service. As well as the work they completed on my vehicle. Including a full detailing free of charge.

Had to take my car here for repair. From the first call to picking the car up, staff were friendly and excelled in customer service. We received text updates on the progress of the car. Customer focused and friendly atmosphere from the minute we walked in.

Service here is fantastic. I was unable to pick my car up the day it was done for medical reasons, Kim took care of the rental arrangements. Our back door was hit. Chris did a great job, my door looks great, they even washed and detailed it before I picked it up. They kept me updated through the repair process. Best repair service.
