Very bad service at the Dix30 location.There were hidden conditions and the staff didn't respect their own words, they told us one thing one day and 2 days after I came back and they said otherwise, telling us that they never told us that.Will never go back.

I also had very bad service at the dix 30 location. I then went all the way to the st-hubert location where i was told I would have more choices but it was even worse. Fortunately I ran into a friend of mine and he told me the best place, price and service was a place called Le 1600 on St-Laurent. He was right and also parking was way easyer.

Great service, I'm a tall guy and it is not always easy to find something that fit. Eva was great, she was able to find something that fit exactly what I was looking for for my wedding.

Hanan was great! Great service despite the place being busy. Great customer service skills, and she shows that she cares for her clients. I hope they gave her raise or head of sales, because she has the IT factor!

2 Stars for the Brossard Dix-30 Location. What I thought would be a simple visit to the store to select a basic black suit and 1 tuxedo jacket turned into a 3 week ordeal which made me think I was in an Easter Egg hunt. I encountered some of the most incompetent customer service from the Brossard location. The price I paid at the end of it all was very good and they have a ton of selection; which are positives. However, I would honestly say to avoid the Brossard location as the staff in there just does not have a clue. It's really unfortunate that it all went down this way. Your Instagram page is what made me even go to one of your stores so kudos to whoever manages your account. I now have my articles and I am satisfied. I just can't say the overall process was pleasant for me.
