I can see that they put effort and they care about how the final product looks. I also really enjoyed the open communication. Replacing 12 windows and 3 doors was a big investment for my wife and I and we wanted to try and find a window and door company we can trust but also we are comfortable with. I interviewed 3 to 4 different window companies and finally decided on Northridge Windows & Doors. Hiring Northridge Windows & Doors was the best decision we made. Sales Rep Bryan and his team were very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, price competitive and most importantly made me and my wife feel very comfortable. There were unexpected delays due to Covid and weather, however Ashley the office admin always keep in commication through this entire process. I thank Ashley for replying to my questions in a timely manner and for her exceptional customer service. The installer Stefan and his team did a fantastic job. They were very professional, efficient, respectful of my home and made sure everythig was perfect. I highly recommend Northridge Windows & doors to family and friends and will defintely use them again in the future.

I wanted to replace 4 small windows in my home without breaking the budget. I looked around but then my friend recommended me Northridge. I called their office and the customer service was amazing. They really did their best to consult me on what they thought would look best in my home. They sent people over to measure, Sokol especially was a pleasure to deal with because he went the extra mile to make my mind at ease. They got everything done within a few hours! Professional service, no headaches whatsoever, and even if there was I was confident they would take care of me. Next time I need any windows or repairs, this is the place to call
