We brought our dog here to get a simple trim. The lady that helped us…Carrie Lynn was extremely rude and condescending. She gave attitude to us right away and gave constant attitude to her coworkers as well. She shaved half of our dog and then called us to come back an pick up the dog saying that her belly was swollen and we have to take her to the vet right away. We told her the dogs belly is always swollen and she’s very old and that’s normal. She made a huge deal and said legally she had to stop the cut. Regardless of being worried about the dog, the service and rude condescending customer service was HORRIBE.

S.O went to the store to buy a larger aquarium and they wouldn't help her pack it out or load it in the vehicle and on top of that it didn't even have any packaging to protect the tank. All in all very disappointed with the service.

I've looked at about 7-8 items now online, and every single item was out of stock in store. What's the point of this store being open? Crazy

I’ve already called the store and told them but my last experience there was phenomenal! The girls working there were amazing. The girl at the till was super super kind and helpful and the girl working in the aquarium was so knowledgeable- most chain stores make me anxious with animals but with this staff I trust the animals are being taken care of!! I am amazed and happy and I just wanted to share

Same as other PetSmart stores, staffed by people who don't really want to be bothered to answer questions. Seems to be a quality carried out through the PetSmart brand. I only shop here as a last resort.

My favorite place to go.. the manager is super friendly as well the staff.. now almost everybody recognized my dog by the name. always feel welcome in this place..

Boxing week is always a great time to buy accessories for your animal(s). I found a great sweater for my dog for $20, normally $38 which is reasonable. You can't beat 50% off! Always friendly staff at Cash and they provide a full slate of services for your dogs and cats. Always a nice variety of fish and accessories for all your pet's/owner's needs.

I walked in the store today, saw the young lady at the till, asked her where I could find what I was looking for and without hesitation she dashed straight to where I could find it and showed me exactly where it was. Absolutely exceeded my expectations I wish I got her name to praise her on here. It was today around 5 pm young girl with a black face mask, simply amazing.
