Rod is great. Older gentleman with lots of life experience with a 'new school' counselling approach. He is engaging, asks questions and genuinely wants to see you succeed in whatever you bring to him as an issue for you. I highly reccomend him as well as this counselling network.Further. Waypoint is upfront. I emailed them asking for someone to help me with an issue I was having. And the person who responded told me they are more than willing to help me but this other person through the network may be a better suit to me. Would highly reccomend this service.

Filled out the form online and never heard anything back. I see a great counsellor I found by my own google search so I should not have started at waypoint. Someone working with them told me they take almost half of the cost from the counsellor - hundreds of dollars you spend don't even go to the person who's helping you. If you can, do your own research to find a counsellor, just about all of them have their own websites and would be willing to redirect you if they aren't the right fit
