Blessings** or whatever your name is, she needs customer service training. Just because you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean you have to take it out on your customers and if you don’t like your job than get another one. Never had a problem at this location until we encountered you.

Went in to pick up a few things that were large items and went to go pay and was asked for ID showed my ID and then staff asked for my girlfriends when she wasn't buying then was refused service because she is 18 and was carrying soemthing for myself due to the fact I didn't have any free hands. This was the second time this has happened at this location the other was with my father. I do not recommend this store to anyone please fix your policies and employ friendlier staff.

Cashiers need to be trained, they don’t know and are unable to explain the advertisement they are having on with Scene+ program, we were asking what can we do, she only replied “ do something online” with an uncomfortable attitude.What an informative answer, however we did figured out ourselves but feel the need of her should know the job better as well.

Very rude and arrogant stuffs. I know you need to look tough but that doesn’t mean you will intimate people like that.please train your stuffs to be at least little bit friendly . East sobeys stuffs are way more friendlier . Wrong decision that i went all way down from east to north sobeys. Just it was on the way of my route. The chubby cashier, no words. Thank you. Never ever.
