I just bought an F-Type convertible and Robert Fan was excellent to deal with. As a woman buyer, I found him to be respectful and not at all pushy. I would have given Robert and MCL Motorcars 5 stars had they cleaned the dusty interior and windshield of the 2023 F Type I purchased from them before handing me the keys. I have purchased less expensive vehicles from other dealerships in the past and each time, the vehicle was cleaned inside and out before I was handed the keys. So naturally I was surprised that I didn't receive the same level of service at MCL Motorcars. It's these little touches that make all the difference when purchasing a big ticket item.

An engine warning light came on, right before a long road trip. My advisor, Cyrus, had me bring the RR Sport in right away. A courtesy car was waiting for me. Cyrus did an outstanding job of taking care of this with as little inconvenience to me as possible. MCL service consistently exceeds my expectations and it's representatives like Cyrus who go above and beyond.

I recently had a tire change for my Discovery Sport and it was handled by Mr. Cyrus Belgamvala, Service Advisor.Cyrus was polite, friendly and professional. He handled the situation smoothly and efficiently. He also reviewed my warranty situation and made recommendations for my next visit there. On the whole I am totally satisfied with his service.

I would highly encourage anyone who is wanting to purchase a vehicle from any MCL run dealership to truly do their due diligence.We purchased a range rover from them that has been faulty since the day of purchase, not only it was never fixed properly but the management team did nothing about it. They truly do not care about customer satisfaction as all they care about is sales.0 stars for customer care, customer service and ethics.

I am always so appreciative of the service I get from Jason. He goes above and beyond to make everything convenient and as easy as possible for me given that I live in West Vancouver and have a very hectic job as a real estate agent. Jason is always patient and understanding and excels in giving that 5 star experience. As well, I adore Ron!! He is always smiling and exceeds in the full on customer service experience. Excellent service, with so much attention to details! I do feel that everytime I pick up my car after the service, it's in a showroom condition!
