The ABSOLUTE WORST service. Sent the complete wrong pizza, we called them to see if they can fix the order and send the right one. They denied they made a mistake, mocked us on the phone, wouldn’t give their name or even try to come up with a solution. I have never come across anyone as disrespectful as this woman. We have ordered a dozen times and have never complained and the one time we do they show their true colours. Disgusting behaviour after we were served disgusting pizza that looks like flatbread with no sauce. We have advised all of our friends and family never to go this store .

Wanted to have a late night snack and this was the only location open at this time of night in my area given the circumstances (pandemic). We had a free pizza reward on our account that we wanted to use. The staff advised us to redeem it online and do pickup at the store. This allowed us to also take advantage of other coupons. We place the order and completely forgot to use another additional coupon (didn't even realize). Dev brought it to our attention that we forgot and kindly applied the $5 coupon in savings to our order for us. That was super nice of him, top service for a Domino's Pizza.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. EMPLOYEES DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. DELIVERY DRIVERS EXTREMELY RUDE.We ordered pizza last night. Waited almost 2 hours order never came through. Called them 3-4 times they said drives is on the way “just 5 mins” 5 mins turned into 30-40 mins. When driver came and I asked him why I got my food late he was showing me attitude and telling me do I want the food or not.PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ANS DRIVERS TO BE MORE RESPECTFUL I WILL BE CALLING HR.

If i could give zero stars i would! Completely gave me the wrong order. I called the store directly to have it corrected spoke with them nicely girl on the phone did not care and said we gave you what you ordered even though i have my order infront of me and im telling her its wrong she did not care mocked me told me she was going to make up a name and not tell me hers not fix anything for me or give me my money back and wouldnt give me head offices number! Extremely disappointed i will never return back

Absolutely ridiculous. The employees forget some items you order, and everyone makes mistakes it’s understandable but this is not the first time this has happened and it’s not the first time I’ve had to wait over an hour to get what I ordered. Dominos does a “quality check” on the pizza but they don’t double check they have packed everything you ordered before leaving the store. Simple tasks seem to be the hardest tasks

I recently ordered a small cheese pizza which was the walk-in special for $5.99 plus tax but instead charged me $15.80. I have asked them about this, they apologized and changed it to $6.99 plus tax. When I asked about the walk-in special, they were rude when I was talking to them and they said it was only for delivery except for the fact that there was in bold words PICKUP ONLY.

Second time happening with this location. The other location in Milton we’ve never had issues with when asking for extra pizza sauce on our thin crust pizzas. Even more disappointed we used our free pizza reward and getting a dry thin crust pizza.I wish there’s a way to change the default pizza location.

Domino is always the best!!If you don’t want salty pizza, I highly recommend a Philly steak pizza.Also, Italian sausage pasta is so yummy
