Nate is very skilled, professional and personable. He helped me with some brake and accessory issues in short order. If you need your bike fixed, this is the place. He's happy to explain the work, which I like best. I will be back and I will recommend him to others.

We had a bad front tire tube and wanted to know what caused the leak. I texted Nate because he was local and received a prompt reply. He asked if I could bring the bike over the same day and when I got there he immediately began examining it, even answering my questions about the workings of the bike. Taking time to show me how to remove the tire to make transportation easier. Great service and a supreme attention to detail, I’d recommend Nate’s Cycle Service to anyone asking.

Nate runs his cycle shop out of his home garage in suburban Grimsby. He is well equipped and his prices reflect the lack of pricey overhead that you would find at a storefront business.Nate was very communicative through text message and there were never any surprises. His work is expertly conducted. His experience is obvious when regarding his lightning quick turn-around times.Nate's prices are fair and agreed to up-front. He takes e-transfer. So easy.Nate undertook the challenge of tuning up my classic tandem bike which is over 40 years old. It rides better than the day I bought it. He even disassembled, overhauled, and rebuilt the rare and complex rear gear hub!I couldn't be happier with the service I received and I'll be back for any other bike issues I may have. It may be a while though, he did such a good job!If you need ANY work done on your bicycle, THIS is the place to take it!

Nate is so kind and professional. My bike was in an accident while on the bike rack on the back of our RV. I thought it would be a disaster to fix. Nate had it up and going again in under 10 minutes. He even taught me how to adjust things myself. But I’d rather Nate do it! So worth my money. Quick and efficient and quality work. I will recommend him over and over.
