The owners at this store go above and wayyyyy beyond for their customers. I needed a winter coat in a bind for my son, and they were closed but offered to deliver it right to my house. This is why I love supporting our small downtown businesses - you wouldn’t get this service at Walmart!! Amazing products and incredible service!

Always an awesome experience at Encore. They have great gently used clothing, and the most unique and fun toys and baby gear! The owner is extremely helpful and kind. If they don’t have what you are looking for, they can also order it in which is very convenient!

As 60 year old I find this store to be a shop of curiosity's that is always evolving. I want some of the toys myself and have purchased many interesting toys for my granddaughters. Bruce is always a welcoming host to his store and always has something new he wants to show me. Obvious hard work has gone into making this store stand out. We need more retailers who are passionate about what they are doing and have innovative ideas to show. Congrats Bruce!

I love the focus on customer service. Yes, there are a variety of products, Montessori toys, vintage items, new and gently used clothing and it's really become a one stop shop for me. So it has become convenient to shop at encore. But the customer is what really sold me. It's unbeatable. How many times can you just message a shop owner on instagram and say hey

Excellent experience at Encore today!I enjoyed the appealing layout and quality of items in the store. There are a lot of unique, clever or creative toys that really promote creative play, arts, problem solving or STEM activities.I was welcomed and checked on while browsing and launched into a in-depth conversation about the ins and outs of parenting while talking to Bruce, the owner, and a regular customer. The 3 little pigs problem-solving puzzle I bought today might have cost money, but the quality conversation and revelations from our discussion today... priceless! *chef's kiss!*Thanks again!!

Amazing customer service! Bruce is super friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I made an appointment and dropped off a tote of items - I received excellent value in store credit (it was certainly worth taking the credit vs. cash) and will definitely be back to spend it! The store has a really cool vibe and isn't stale like many other second-hand stores. I love that they also sell new retail items as well as resale. Great experience!
