Patrick performed an incredible inspection on a home that we placed an offer on. He was extremely professional, and explained every step of the process (english and french!). He inspected every aspect of the home available, and detailed everything in his report afterwards. He is meticulous, knowledgable and very professional. He will answer any question you have about the inspection, and will guide you in the right direction if any additional expertise are required.I would highly recommend his services, and will be requesting his services again for future home inspections.
