ProsIt's better here now since they bought out Peter Tung. Building looks great. Usually quick completion of maintenance requests.ConsStill use medieval paper forms for maintenance requests. No online customer service forms. No easy online account access.Since Covid-19 the office doesn't answer the phone anymore. Swimming pool can only accommodate 3 people maximum during summer. You have to show up at 12:00pm and fill out more medieval paper form to reserve a spot.Forced everyone to use expensive light bulbs through out unit.There's a cockroach issue through out the building. I've had multiple treatments and they're still here.Some employees lack customer service training.

I Don't know why i have to pay to Spray for cockroaches when my Apartment in clean but they are coming to my Place from Next Door. i have put a service order and i Arranged the Apartment. it was now good Enough. i did my very best since i'm having a Knee injury. Now sending bill of $50.85. Please Explain. I have been living in this Building for 14 Years. Pretty Sad.

READ THIS IF YOU ARE THINKING OF RENTING HERE!!If I could rate this building less than one star I would. The only good thing about it is that the cleaning guy is very friendly. As mentioned before they are always turning the water off and have problems with their pipes. The bathroom ceiling in my unit leaks everytime the people above me shower. The solution to this problem is to “let it dry”. The property manager doesn’t even reply to complaints requests most of the time. There are bugs everywhere as a previous tenant posted in a review below. Definitely don’t move her if you have a BABY. Specifically never rent unit 808 as the people above you drill and move furniture and make extremely loud noises at all hours of the night. I've made noise complaints and they won't even give them a warning. I could go on and on ...

There is a roach infestation and no one in property management wants to admit it to the tenants. Everytime the staff cleaned the rug on our floor roaches appeared in my unit. The onsite office staff are rude not to mention one of the maintenance staff who's attitude completely sucks. We saw a bed bug and then called the office number so they can see but his response was that he may be on call but he isn't coming out his bed to look at a bug. They came in my unit to paint without me knowing and they didn't care. There is no proper garbage disposal which may contribute to the roach infestation. I surely did not enjoy living one with nature at this placeHappy I moved out!

June 6th-8th 2022. No elevator for 3 days now. Tenants have started to destroy the control panels from anger.Stagnant water in the sub parking lot. Moldy/bugs growing, doesn't drain properly.Sept 16th, 2021. Another day without water. No notice.April 6th, 2020. They shut off our water, without notice.Still waiting on service. Every phone # goes directly to voicemail.In the middle of a crisis no less.

This is one of the worst apartment to live in Burlington. Need to turn off the water whenever it feels like we don't know where to find attendance that they want to do so they always have problems here with water pipes.

I agree with the comment below. Staff is extremely rude, with huge attitude, a tremendous lack of customer service skills

My children at Homestead! The shopping cart was already in a common area out back. I have never taken a cart from Fortinos.I simply used it to bring my groceries in and returned it to the back room near the back garage door. As opposed to the lobby. I think there are more important concerns in Your ROACH HOTEL They check in but they don't check out""

Clean and up to date. And if there is issues they handle it fast
