The pharmacists are alway on hand to help, the service is good, etc. They may bevictims of their success as sometimes you have to wait, now ı just order online.

I had a notice that a package was being held for me, went in and the people said it wasn't there even though I had a card that said it did. They made no effort to investigate. Never called anybody just shrugged then the guy literally told me to move to the side and started chatting with his friend. Unreal.

My mom was told to go on line regarding her Air-Miles points after she inquired about how many she had & what she would be able to receive with her points Elderly people are not the most computer efficient Shame on the girl that told my mom that!

Horrible pharmacy! They ALWAYS make you wait and sometimes even over an hour for a simple prescription. Even when you phone in your order they either don't have it ready or still make you wait.

The cosmetic woman with the thick liner around her lips that looks around 40 was not professional as she was rushing me to buy products and was quite rude. I asked if there was a lower price for a product she showed me and she just ordered me (with an attitude) to go look at the commercial section which I still don’t know what it means. Even though she was not the best, the overall experience of this shop is quite nice and clean. The other staff were more helpful and the lady working at the post officewas very caring.

Excellent service, went for flu shot extremely organized and quick much better than my JC on Belanger and Valdombre branch which is closed see to my home.

One of the pharmacists, Samantha, she was super friendly and patient. Knowledgeable. Even the cashier whom I didn’t have a chance to get her name for the medicine was very friendly as well.The wait is slightly long but I completely understand because there must be alot of patients who pre order their medications.I did notice another client being very impatient with the workers and giving the workers a hard time and it really made me upset. The workers resolved the issue in a kind matter even if the client was a little aggressive…It’s a pharmacy they’re dealing with medications. I wouldn’t want someone rushing something putting in the wrong details or anything like that.

Great range of product, and courteous service on the floor, but amazingly poor service at the pharmacy counter. It’s been like this for years, I don’t think this will change despite the corporate reply I expect they will send...

Unfortunately this 'pharmacy' has been throughout many years and continues to have difficulty with their customer service staff and management skills. From numerous pharmaceutical errors with my parents and my medications to repeated contradictory information given from different staff members, it never ceases to amaze (more like frustrate) me how incompetent some employees can be. Many of which refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes once pointed out. I've finally managed to find the right staff members to speak to when I call to prepare the required prescriptions. However, despite this, it still occurs that the medications are nor ready or are incomplete. Why bother calling 8hrs ahead of time when you still have to wait an hour when you get there ? Overall, the location of this JC is conveniently located (1 ☆) and there are some (not a lot) of well to do employees who really care and do their job well (another ☆). This pharmacy can certainly use a refresh course in resource management and customer service skills.

Be aware that they will refuse credit card payments DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU PLAN ON PAYING BY CREDIT CARD TERRIBLE SERVICE!
