I contacted Heaven's Best on the recommendation of a friend and I am very pleased that I did so. Michael (our local Heaven's Best provider) responded to my initial inquiry the same day. We spoke on the phone and arranged a carpet cleaning date.Michael was very accommodating in working around my schedule. He arrived on time, was very congenial, professional and considerate of my concerns. He set straight to work and after about two hours our carpeting was delightfully clean!We have two dogs and two cats, one of the former of which is young and had just recently completed her house training. That issue as well as a couple of coffee spills meant that Michael had his work cut out for him.The results on our six-month old white carpeting were excellent. And the fresh, citrus scent left behind was wonderful.My wife and I highly recommend Heaven's Best and look forward to our next cleaning.
