We had Eddie at Iberica Construction do the concrete work for our pool and we could not be more impressed! Eddie is very kind, knowledgeable, and was very good communicating with regards to scheduling and what needs to be done. The concrete work looks amazing, and they had an incredible attention to detail. I would hire Eddie and his team again for any of my hard scape needs.

Eddie,, Arlindo and their crew were great. They were timely, efficient and provided great customer service. The old driveway and walkways were removed and rebar installed in a day. Concrete was poured two days later following inspection. It was a great experience and under budget!

We used Arlindo and Eddy and their crew 5 years ago to do the concrete deck around the pool (from a recommendation) and we were very impressed. So when it came to replacing our driveway this year they were first on our list to get a quote. Eddy priced the job competitively and we were able to book the project early. Eddy promised to work on the project until it was complete (weather dependent) and he did. He and his crew made the project look simple but they worked hard and professionally together with the result of a beautiful looking concrete driveway. We couldn't be happier.

Iberica put in a stamped concrete patio in my back yard 7 years ago and the quality and workmanshipis outstanding. Iberica also put driveway curbs in our front yard along with a sidewalk approach 2 yearsago with the same great quality and workmanship. Recently we hired Iberica Construction for a stamped coloured concrete sidewalk and patio in our backyard. Arlindo arrived to give us a very reasonable quote that we were very happy with. We decided to go with Iberica and communication was excellent, Eddy promptly responded to all emails, phone messages or texts. We were somewhat undecided as to what type of design we wanted for our backyard patio, Eddy was very patient and gave us several suggestions as to what might work best for us. When we decided on what type of design we wanted Eddy promptly got the project started. The Iberica crew was very professional, courteous, and respectful during the whole duration of the job, VERY nice people to deal with. These guys worked VERY hard and did an amazing job. Thanks to Iberica Construction our backyard now looks like a park. We would NOT hesitate to hire them again, VERY highly recommend.

Eddy and his crew did a fabulous job on my sunken driveway (with sewer sticking up) and also building a large backyard patio and extending my current one. They were honest, prompt, courteous, knowlegable, and very reasonably priced for all the hard work they did. They went above and beyond with everything they did and I couldnt be happier with the result. I would definately recommend them!!

We HIGHLY recommend using Iberica Construction. They are a family owned and operated (all the workers are related) business and you can clearly see their accountability to each other. You can also see the experience in them having been in business locally for over 30 years. There were some unique challenges to our driveway project and they demonstrated leadership, perseverance and expertise in completing the project completely to our satisfaction and to the City of Winnipeg's stringent stipulations. EXCELLENT!
