Cashier (owner?) and floor sales straight up said to us we don't welcome Asians and gave us dirty looks, when we went in with our bare hands to browse around to see what kind of products they can offer us as a customer. If it's for private sale only, please do business else where and lock your doors.

Been a fan of this black owned business for years. They always have what I need. I'm particularly impressed with the customer service I recently received here. She was so thoughtful and willing to help me out.

Black-owned store selling black hair care products. Store owner is welcoming and courteous. Pretty decent selection of natural hair care products. And the products and on par with or cheaper than what I’ve seen elsewhere. I wish I knew this place existed sooner.

Bought a gift for my wife there, I specifically asked if I could return it if it wasn’t what my wife needed. I was told they don’t do returns but I could exchange it for another unit or get a store credit to purchase other product. When I returned with the product, unopened, with receipt, I was told I could only exchange for another unit. I asked if I could get a store credit, like a gift card or something. I was told they had to phone the owner and the response was told they don’t do that. Not a very good business practice, especially at Christmas when husbands are trying to do something nice for their wives. One might think that at this time of year exceptions might be made to regular store policies.

This is my go to store for my beauty products. The owner is very nice and extremely knowledgeable. She's honest in her opinions, which is kinda hard to find lately. Well deserved 5 stars

The ladies who run this place are brilliant and ever so helpful. I first came to his country from England and did not know which hair salon to go to. They directed me to one. I needed my hair braided, they found someone for me. No matter what product i need for my hair they are always there to offer me assistance and direction. They carry every hair product here and are very knowledgeable.This is a real community hair store. Cheers and thank you for being here!
