Kevin (the DRMG consultant) is a great person to work with. Very responsive from the get-go. He did what he said he would do, on time and as promised. I haven't had any contact with the rest of the company, so I don't know about them, but I highly recommend Kevin Lapensee.

Our company has been advertising in the Money Saver for 9 years. Over the last few years we have cut a lot of our other sources of advertising so we can invest more into direct mail. For us it just works, and it works incredibly well. Once a month our ad goes to thousands of homes in the areas we choose and it serves our high volume business in a way nothing else can. Sam Mumford has been our rep since day 1 and we can’t say enough about how well we are treated. I would definitely recommend trying this out for at least a few months and see if it works for you. Terrible service. I paid for 500 flyers for my business. They were supposed to be delivered also in the area where I live as a proof that they were delivered. I didn't get them nor anyone in my area (Confirmed at least 50 houses didn't get them). When I spoke with DRMG, they told me they cannot guarantee that the flyers are delivered since it's up to mailmen to deliver them. They don't have a tracking system to ensure flyers are delivered. Worst investment since no return.

Sheron makes sure we are taken care of. His marketing knowledge is right on when making decisions to improve our business.When there was a delay in mailing a batch of flyers, he apologized and even though I didn’t officially complain, he came in person with his supervisor to apologize and offered us an advertisement for free.I was very happy and appreciative of their offer. Sheron knew that I wasn’t going to stop doing business with them because of a mishap from someone else’s end, but he still took it on his behalf to correct those issues.I hope he gets all the recognition he deserves for integrity and dedication.
