This is the best travel agency! We absolutely loved partnering with Melanie Berexa on The Connect Travel team. From the moment we engaged with Melanie to help us plan our Spain and Portugal honeymoon, she exceed all of our expectations! In addition to partnering with her, she was always a phone call or text message away if we needed anything throughout our two-week trip. She brought our itinerary to life by thoroughly customizing all of our activities in every town, city, or country we visited. Our trip was the trip-of-a-lifetime that you usually only dream about, and it’s entirely because of Melanie’s commitment and love. From the easy-to-use app with our detailed daily itinerary to finding us the best places to visit or eat, everything was flawless. We cannot recommend The Connect Travel team — and especially Melanie — more. They’re the best of the best, and we’ll never travel again without them!

Anna did an incredible job planning our Italy family vacation. She came up with fun activities that we would have not thought of. For example…food tour in Rome. We did a pasta making class that my husband said he didn’t want to do but actually had a lot of fun! Boat tour to a few islands. The app she sent all our info to was very user friendly and gave us step by step what to do each day. We changed some plans while we were there and she did it all for us so we didn’t have to deal with anything on vacation! Gabriella was professional prompt and very thoughtful. Her planning my birthday trip which expanded over four countries that I’ve never visit was exceptional. She catered to my personal needs she even delivered a sweet surprise on my birthday. During travel she kept her self available even adding to the itinerary or to troubleshoot accommodation issues. She hands down absolutely made traveling enjoyable and easy. She followed up to hear about the trip making me feel like I was sharing with a friend. The Connect planned our trip perfectly, suited to our travel style. It allowed my husband and I to get away but focus on wrapping up things at home and care for our son before departure. When we touched down in Nashville, we were able to immediately be in vacation mode.

Jasmine and her team assisted a large group tour that brought 30 people into Milwaukee. We worked closely to pass along accurate contact information, then Jasmine took it from there by contacting each individual to set up their flight. It was a seamless process and Jasmine and I were able to communicate easily and often as special requests came through. I would highly recommend working with Jasmine and her team!

The Connect Travel planned and booked our family vacation to California, and it was the best! They put together an itinerary that was perfect for our family. We spent a few days at Disneyland, did a beach day, and went to universal. Everything from the rental car, to the hotel, to the tickets for each park were included in our package. I truly felt that they thought of everything and put such wonderful personal touches on it for our family! It is a vacation we will never forget!
