I would never go back too Dr. Fiorillo ever again. Only after 3 day I have a very bad infection from what she did too me

Worst experience ever. First seen in March for my 9 month old daughter. This clinic has a terrible communication issue and don't treat people very kindly. You feel rushed and not heard. It's disorganized.

Imagine the power of decades being melded with a heart and you have Dr. Fiorillo.She sweeps in with calmness and immediately you feel welcomed, which is greatly appreciated considering the vulnerability that brought you to the clinic in the first place.Dr. Fiorillo is the 5th dermatologist I have seen over the last 18 years and the first that has offered hope.A lovely human.p.s. It's a long wait to get to see her, which is understandable as she is just one human and the demand is very high. Parking is inconvenient (not shocking with its proximity to downtown)...I had to add something not to seem like a fanboy, bot, or family member or something.

Uninterested in much of what I said and then the incorrect diagnosis was given. Very Frustrating.We are in serious need of an exceptional dermatologist in this city.

She found some cancer - cut it out, sewed and stapled me up and all seems well.

I wanted 7 MONTHS to get in to see her and have been experiencing hair loss for almost a year (I’m a healthy 28 year old female) and all she had to say was take some vitamins (which I already take) use some shampoo and conditioner (which I’ve already tried) and buy a $1500.00 hair laser because hers was broken and she wasn’t buying a new one because she was going on vacation for a while. I am absolutely heart broken, she didn’t listen, or even offer to help me figure out what was going on. Worst doctor experience I’ve ever had.

Dr. Fiorillo was excellent with my three year old daughter. Very kind, thorough and took her time to discuss and explain everything; as well as answer any questions.
