I booked a 26ft truck a month ago and got a call the day before I was to pick it up saying there was no truck availible. I said this is this is rediculous as we need to be out of the house by the end of the week. The lady then called me back hours later and told me I could pick one up 1.5 hours away but the rate would be the same! So now I had to scramble to find a ride there and someone to watch my kids to pick up this unit. The increased cost in fuel alone was an extra 100 bucks between the two vehicles. Next time I will use the big box store again and pay for the convenience. This was rediculous.

Great experience. I was in a difficult situation and Ian was amazing to work with. Went over and above what I would have expected and helped make everything run super smoothly. Got me a truck even thou one wasnt available at the time I called. He made some calls and got me a vehicle. I am incredibly impressed with his service.
