Cannot say enough about the top notch service provided by Tod and his team. I contacted Tod fairly close to the last minute with a list of pretty specific requests. He responded quickly and has gone way above and beyond to accommodate our group of demanding travelers! He's saved us from a potentially high stress situation and somehow managed to make it fun! To top it all off, the prices were great relative to other quotes, and an even better value when considering the level of service that's come along with the cost!! Thank you very much!!

We worked with Simply Kimberley from June to October as our shuttle provider for our guests at Cherry Creek Estate. Tod was wonderful to work with, and was always available to answer any questions. We used this service to get us to Fernie from Cranbrook Airport and we were very happy. Our driver, Cedar, was excellent, going above and beyond to show us around Fernie while we were waiting for our accommodation to be ready and also waiting for us when our flight was late and our baggage delayed. The van was comfortable, roomy and clean.

We used Resort Tours to get from Glacier Airport FCA in Kalispell to the Island Lake Lodge pickup in Fernie. Tod and his crew are top notch. Communication and responsiveness is excellent, vans are comfortable and new. I would use again and recommend them for any tour or transportation needs.

I cannot explain how much I appreciated the help of Tod and team. My VIP clients had to divert last minute from Castlegar to Cranbrook, and Tod made the diversion seamless- awaiting the clients on the runway to make the diversion as easy as possible. He set his schedule around theirs and that provided them the option of a personal chauffer for their evening and early morning festivities. We made several last minute changes that Tod was happy to accommodate without issue. If you're looking for the very best in personalized care and service, then look no further. We had a great experience with Tod and his driver Alexx for a transfer from Cranbrook airport to Fernie. Tod was great to communicate with and Alexx went out of his way to be helpful, friendly and accommodating of our needs. Would use Resort Tours again if we need transfer services!

Tod and his team are fantastic! I would highly recommend them for transportation for your group to take the stress out of getting from Cranbrook or Kalispell airport to your destination. I have used them for years to get from the airport to Fernie. His vehicles are all top quality vehicles outfitted with winter tires to make the trip comfortable and safe. The last cat skiing trip we had to cut short the last day to try to get home before a huge storm blew in. The morning of, Tod was able to get his driver Christian to come pick us up a couple of hours early. That isn’t alway possible, but over the years Tod has always done his best to accommodate our group. I highly recommend Tod and his team.

Terrific service. We are a group of five skiers. This transportation group picked us up at Cranbrook and delivered us to Fernie then six days later took us to Panorama. The driver, Christian, was on time, drove impeccably and was very informative. The vehicle was clean and the company cared about the safety of their staff when it came to pick up times ( home before dark). It was also easy to arrange and pay. We'd use them again

Great customer service from Tod at Resort Tours. We were on a group ski trip and 5 of the guys were significantly delayed by mechanical problems and missed their connection into Cranbrook from Calgary. I worked with Tod to get the 5 guys picked up so we could stay on schedule. Highly recommended service.
