I'm giving a 5 star rating to the sales associate Hannah that was working closing shift on Thursday evening of Oct 22,2021. It was a busy night but she greeted me and my family. Got all of our MANY sizes in a timely fashion and went above and beyond to make sure we all of our needs were met. Answered all of our questions and was such a nice person! I look forward to returning to your store soon.

I bought a pair of shoes for work. Paid over $100. I was told I could return them as long as I didn't wear them outside. I wore them at work for 2 hrs. My feet were killing me. Could not return them because the clerk said she did not feel comfortable taking them back. I was told she would speak to the clerk who sold them to me. A lot of good that does me now!!

Very expensive. The staff was to busy changing the decor to help the customers even though the place was packed with ppl. Then they had a person who barely spoke english on the cash that was being trained and never should have been left slone! I will never go back!

I actually stepped foot in the mall this week looking for shoes for my family, I always order everything online but figured we haven't been to the mall in forever, and I'm glad I shop online! I walked in, no one said hi and no one offered help and I waited quite a while to see if anyone would acknowledge us. So disappointed. This is why I prefer to shop online!

I came in looking for blundstones and to do some looking around for gifts a while ago. I was pretty surprised by the dress code of the staff as some of them were wearing hoodies and crocs, pretty sure the manager was wearing crocs and a pink roots hoodie as I heard one employee call her the manager. I wouldn’t have known they were employees if they weren’t behind the desk or putting back shoes. I feel like the standards of in store employees are pretty low now. Disappointed.

The manager Shar is absolutely incredible to deal with! You can tell she truly enjoys ensuring her clients have the very best experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable and kind; ensuring I was properly educated in the benefits of the products I bought and the long term maintenance on my investment. Thank you so much Shar! Nice store and helpful staff. Always greeted and very friendly. It's not entirely accessible if you have a wheelchair or walker... lots of stuff everywhere with little room to move, especially if busy. Products can be pricey, but they do have good deals from time to time. Often, I find they don't have my size in shoes/boots, which sucks.

Softmoc promised me a refund and is now only willing to give me a gift card. My items were returned to the store as soon as it opened but I was given a gift card, no chance of a cash refund... time lapsed was 100% due to the store being closed cause of COVID.

Horrible. I went into the store about 2 weeks ago and wanted a new pair of winter boots. There were 3 people working. One associate past me a dozen times and not once greeted me or asked me if I needed a hand. Horrible customer service. I should not have to run after an associate in such a small store. I was in the store for about 15 - 20 minutes and not one person helped me. By the time I left the store they were all standing around chit chatting behind the cash. I went in again today and same thing happened. I was there for about 15 minutes and a girl finally approached me. I won't be returning to shop here.

Haven’t been in here for awhile, and I’m glad. Very rude staff, nobody wanted to help me or say hello.
