This took a bit for me to find!GETTING IN:Go into Canadian Tire!Continue a few steps straight until you see an elevator on your right.The elevator buttons don't light up but if you press down, it does work.Once you go down one level to Service Ontario, follow the signs to walk to your left.Service Ontario is tucked at the back!Service was decent and the wait wasn't too long. I got there 40 minutes before close.Smooth experience.

Despite the huge line, the staff proceed fast and are knowledgeable. Recommended for those who work full time and cannot attend Service Canada during the weekdays.P.S. It is located at the Canadian Tire store, down level.

To start off I would like to say thank you to Paul. I’ve arrived there from a different location. I’ve left from Kingston and mcCowan Scarborough and got here at Yonge and Church. I was in and out with relief and the other location I left angry from the Scarborough location. The Scarborough location is a joke and they have no respect for others. The customer service employee was doing people every 20 minutes but here at Yonge and Church it’s every 5 minutes tops. No long line ups here. Thank you again Paul. Cheers.

While the staff are very polite, this service time was definitely substandard. Only 2 employees serving everyone except Dealers ( 1 separate person for that). It took 1 hour before I was served and there were only 10 people ahead of me. The Service Ontario at College Park is far more efficient and you can make appointments in advance.

Frustrating. Do not go here if you are planning on renewing your health card. Has to be done at one of the main offices. Save yourself an hour and a half of waiting!

Great service. My advice to anyone going to any Service Ontario location is to be prepared to wait come early.I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up 30 mins before opening and someone had already been working the desk. There was already a line developing but nothing I couldn't wait for. Once more employees showed up, the line moved fairly quickly.

It was easy to locate once I realized it was inside the Canadian Tire. We went 9:15 on Saturday, had to wait more than an hour. For a busy Saturday morning I thought they were quick and provided good service.

We got to this location about 8:45am and one of the workers was already there and serving people. Highly recommend this location, the gentleman helping us was very understanding and knowledgeable. He was also moving at a reasonable pace.

Customer Service is so good. This is like real costume experience.The place is good also.This SO address is coz Service Ontario and Canadian Tire daily shopping ! It's like 2in1 facilities for everyone! I really like this place.
