I had been looking for a swivel chair for my living room for over a year and found the perfect chair at Lazy Boy Langley, but unfortunately, not the color I preferred. With the great help of Sales Associate Edna Hamelin, she showed me the custom fabrics I could choose for the chair. Then she asked Design Consultant Michelle Picardo to assist with my fabric choice. The purchase of a swivel chair turned into a snowball of other beautiful items I'd been searching for (area rug, lamps, pillows, media cabinet, side-table) to enhance my living space. Michelle is brilliant at her skills and took the time to design my living room by using a 3D computer program to show me what a change in furniture placement and adding the new pieces might look like. WOW, what a game changer!! Everything these employees helped me choose is absolutely perfect and has transformed my room to a most cozy and colorful space, exactly what I had wanted! To find it all set up in one store is so helpful in seeing the possibility of what it might look like in my home. I highly recommend Lazy Boy and the help of Michelle and Edna. He spent a lot of time showing us all the options, listening to, and putting our needs first. He found cost-effective options that suited perfectly. I love my new Alexandria sofa, loveseat, Roundabout ottoman (on wheels!), and rug from La-Z-Boy. t was a big splurge for me and I took advantage of the service where they visit your home to help you with selection and scale. I had a budget going in and I made the selections that work for my home without going over budget. I also liked the computer renderings that helped me fully visualize the layout. Special shout out to Leona in Langley who helped me both in store and at my home! I appreciated the ideas, honesty and experience she brought with her. Thank you!

We bought a sofa bed from this store and are very happy with our purchase. It wasn’t cheap, but the water-resistant fabric and the ability to order your sofa to have a built-in bed are valuable. Natalie Pognuyeva, the sales associate, was most helpful in taking us through the purchase process, and even helped us get some of the purchase cost back when the year-end promotion began, and our sofa was still being delivered. Very happy with going with La-Z-Boy, their build quality is remarkable, and customer service above expectations.

I purchased a reclining chair one year ago and it remains a great purchase - the chair is very comfortable and one year later is still like the day it was delivered. I purchased the enhanced memory foam (?) cushion and am very happy with my decision. The cushion has not sagged in any way, shape or form over the past year which is a pleasant surprise. Purchasing the chair was also a very positive experience. Michelle was so helpful when I walked into the store, she listened carefully to what I was looking for and showed me a recliner to try out. After wandering the store and trying out several options it turned out that the chair Michelle showed me was exactly the right one for me! I have been back to the store a few more times scoping for future purchases and have always been met with friendly and helpful staff who are very willing to showcase the features of the products - such as a demonstration of a couch with a pull out bed. Overall a great experience and a store I am looking forward to returning to!
