Have been going to the hair shop for over 2 years. I destroyed my hair during the first lock down with home dye. Thankfully Caroline was able to help me correct this over time. So grateful.

Saw Yvonne for a 12 week blow dry treatment. I’m beyond impressed. Been getting this treatment for many years and never has it been done this well. My normally very frizzy hair is smooth and healthy straight from the shower.

Extremely irritated as was booked in and confirmed for 15:45. Arrived 6 mins late and was told I was too late. I explained that I was only 6 minutes late due to traffic. Got told rather abruptly that I was 20 minutes late as I was booked in for 15:30. When I showed the girl at the counter my text confirming the time for 15:45 I got a very vague apology and told that they had no time to see me, with no offer of a different appointment or otherwise. Not a great way to get business. Plenty of other hair salons around though!

My first visit to 'The Hair Shop' what an amazing experience can't wait to return again. Caroline is fantastic so professional at her job she is gifted so creative with colour she knows exactly what suits you. So relaxing welcoming environment as for the massage chairs at the basin with your feet up is something else what a treat. The salon is so clean which is a credit to the team, great to see everyone wearing there masks and using the sanitiser which is plentiful, great social distancing. Thank you for looking after me.The hair shop comes Highly recommended.

Frauds!! They are horrible with timings. Not flexible. Unprofessional! If a person is booked in at 5.15pm, if you are late by 5/10 mins, they won't take you in. Drama lady at the reception. I'm disappointed with this stupid salon and I will never recommend anybody working professional here. This shop guys act like government office trying to be so much strict with timings!! Not at all friendly and welcoming! Thankfully I'm saved from getting a haircut here.
