Wonderful customer service. The employees are always helpful and smiling. Keep up the good work guys. I am originally from Montreal but I visit Lancaster only in summer. To be honest, the great service is always there in this great Tim Hortons restaurant.

Love love love This Tim Hortons. When we go it’s no nonsense. One of the service reps named Andrea is my favourite. She always friendly and happy to help. The manager Charmaine again fantastic service. If something is wrong it’s fixed up really quickly or made up for somehow. The lovely guy that does drive thru with all the accepts and jokes around, you make it a pleasure to visit. My teenage daughters have bad anxiety ordering at restaurants and they feel at ease with your jovial ways. Thank you thank you thank you. My go to Tim’s for years and cannot complain.
