Boo to Shaw. tech support stinks. Waited on hold for 25 minutes decided to get a call back. 25 minutes later dude calls me back tells me he has to transfer me to the right department. Wait 15 minutes to get interrogated again as to who I am. Call drops and she says please call us back I can’t hear you. So now I have to call back. You know my number you called me. I think I’ll see what Telus has to offer. Disappointed.

Very frustrated with their lack of customer service! 3x now I have waited on hold for over an hour (thank gawd for speakerphones), tonight after 40 mins I just couldn't do it anymore. I've only had service for 1 month and I'm not impressed to say the least. My WiFi constantly goes in and out trying to find its source.

Never get to speak with a real person.Left countless messages to call me back ..To bad, they used to be ok ,now there just horrible..Maybe they will realize customers come ist ,but I'm not holding my breath.Sad really

Great staff. They are super friendly and always helping find a deal for you. However I pay 217$ for high speed internet, a big TV package and unlimited long distance. I feel like I'm paying through my nose for these services.

So, I know everyone wants to complain about big corporations’ customer service (or lack of it) these days, but . . . Malia and Shawna in the Campbell River were exceptional! Efficient, polite, problem-solving, sense of humour and they stuck with it until AFTER end-of-day to fix my issue. You ladies ROCK!!

Great customer service is hard to find now a days, but I found one of Shaw's hidden gems!His name is Nathan, from Winnipeg, Employee # W121. He was very knowledgeable, concise, and easy to understand! He walked me through a wide range of money saving options for my internet, TV, and cell phone plan. He gave me a SMOKING DEAL! If you are looking at renewing your Shaw contract I highly recommend you ask for Nathan and have him call you back once they track him down!! He makes things very clear and simple, and he gave me a great package deal!

Please be careful. Shaw Internet provider in Campbell River. Aggressive marketing!Unfortunately, I connected Shaw internet on this spring. Every day the Internet disappeared, sometimes it was not there at all, or disappeared for 8 hours. Instead of qualified help, they change my modem this didn’t help. I called back, they change on another one, but after 2 days they change my plan without my consent. And in one day my bill grew by 500% of the previous payment (I always paid my bill in advance, I never had problem with that ). They didn’t call, didn’t call back after requests. I think for 10 days I have spent more than 15 hours on the line with them. Their supervisors have never called back but you have to be on line more than 2 hours. The managers didn’t know anything, and only wonder how it happened. Shaw provider has serious problems with costumers services, they are not responsible. And all this problem just because I have contract with them.

Have been a customer 10 years and have yet to get my TV package right paying almost $180 for phone cable and internet for the small package that I have been trying to upgrade for years to make it a bigger package for a little bit more. Every time I call they just want to add or switch the three I am allowed taking more away. Am I not allowed a bigger better package?
