I purchased a Wild River CLC fishing back pack through Amazon. When the pack arrived the LED light switch did not work. A quick note to Kuny's (the distributor) regarding the situation resulted in an immediate replacement of the part, no questions asked, and me a very happy camper! My experience with their customer service was excellent. I am very happy with the features of the pack and the quality of materials and workmanship. I suspect this will not be may last purchase from Kuny's. So happy to buy Canadian!

Tried suspenders, GARBAGE. Tried second pair same! After informing kunys that clasp cut through straps they gave me another pair, same stupid sharp edges.Yup cut through again. If you aren't smart enough to fix this obvious flaw, I'm definitely not stupid enough to buy one more thing from Kunys!
