coach shelley is amazing at helping you achieve your goals. she is always helping you with recipes and dietician info….she is so funny too… great sense of humour….i was intimidated to go to a new gym and i felt great the first day and look forward to every workout.

It can be intimidating to join a new gym -- but not at GFS. Everyone I've met there was is welcoming and I easily became part of the community of women who all cheer for each other and hold each other up. Shelley (owner) is a force of nature and has handled all the changes with Covid-19 like a true champ and with such grace. I am now set up and comfortably joining virtual yoga and spin classes every week and my mental health and wellness is all the better for it. I don't know how she does it -- well, I do know: passion, grit and kindness.

I joined GFS a few years ago and was thrilled to find a gym so close to home. I haven't gotten into the virtual sessions following the pandemic but glad that Shelley has pivoted her business in the most trying of times to offer virtual, small group fitness classes and more. My preference is evening in-person classes, so if there are any ladies out there interested in joining me, try out GFS today!

I love GFS. I go for personal training.Shelley is the most caring yet tough ,motivational, and informative trainer. She goes above and beyond in everything she does. Shelley pays close attention to what you like/dislike, and your physical capabilities. She creates a program that suits you. She truly cares about all us GFS girls. Not only do you get Shelley you are welcomed into a very supportive community.

I joined GFS after numerous recommendations on a Facebook mom group. The results I got after 7 short weeks were incredible. Shelley has put together a program that helps you with nutrition and your workouts, she pushes you to levels that you didn’t think you were capable of.I do the prerecorded workouts as it’s is best for my schedule. I have enjoyed them so much, during the recording I feel like Shelley is speaking directly to me. The workouts are always changing so you never get bored. Shelley and he staff are great.Give them a try. You won’t regret it.
