Nothing but good things to say about the service and good old fashioned honest advice we received from John, Clayton and his team in the office at Water Depot.He doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. Called Tuesday, John showed up for the appointment on time on Friday and him and Clayton installed our new softener the following Monday. If you are in the market for any type of water treatment in your home or cottage then do yourselves a favor and give John and his team a call. He really knows this business.

A few years back I purchased a Kinetico water softener from another local business and had terrible luck and service. I decided to replace my unit, and after visiting several businesses chose the Water Depot. The service was amazing! They didn’t try and upsell, they explained their products, offered me choices and the subsequent installation was seamless and quick. I am extremely happy with my new softener. I had a small leak in a hose that turned out to be unrelated to the water softener and they came and fixed it without question and didn’t charge me a penny even though it wasn’t their doing.I would highly recommend the water depot for your next purchase!

Honest, reliable and professional sum's up my 6 yrs being a client. I called yesterday, John came today to check out our Water softener system I thought it was broken. John checked it, did some tests and changed some settings, but he said nothing was broken. So nice to know there are still some honest companies in our community. We are so glad we used Water Depot. John did an amazing job, and it improved our color taste and quality and made it drinkable. After we used it for six months, we had a small water pressure problem, and John came out on a Saturday even though we felt it was not an emergency. You have to look pretty hard to get great service like this. We are so pleased. Would not use anyone else.

Excellent service! John installed a new water filter system for us. He took the time to review how the system works and cleared out all the old items. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this team.
