Got a good deal on a new Jayco trailer. Very happy with it. Jay and Devin were great to deal with. Gave me a good price on my trade also.

I went to the RV spot to get the price for a few different Jayco models. Jay Klarenback did a great job, and answered all my questions and was very helpful. No pressure to buy at all. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish, I highly recommend going there if you're looking for a new trailer.

When my husband and I went looking for a camper this summer we were welcomed by a friendly and welcoming staff. However after they made their sale, everything went down hill. Our camper wasn't ready when we were promised it would be, then we had problems getting the ownership and plate. We went on our vacation without a plate. We were not impressed. There were always excuses why it wasn't ready. Last week my husband took it in to get winterized. They call him and say its ready. He stops after work tonight to pick it up and asks if they can show him for next time as its our first camper. Their response was oh were we supposed to winterize it too? We are very unimpressed with the after care service. Once they have your money they don't care anymore.

Excellent, got a great deal and had an amazing sales rep Nathalie who showed my fiance and I several RV's. Nathalie answered any questions we had and also spoke French very well.Looking forward to using our new Jayco 2020 22foot RV this summer.

When we drove out to Alexandria to see the trailer in the winter, we were very happy to see that they moved the trailer indoors and opened it all up. To us that meant we were important to them! I must say I am a completely satisfied customer. RV Spot have been patient and understanding, helpful, no pressure. After months research, going to other dealers, comparing, we made the decision. Bought a new trailer there a year ago. Had a couple of issues with communication from service. Went to the dealer and dealt with Bobby (manager). He promptly resolved it and had Neil (service) come to trailer to address some warranty items. Neil was very helpful and professional. He quickly repaired the problems and ordered parts. My wife and I had a great visit with Jay yesterday while Bob also stepped in to provide very useful information. This was our first visit to The RV Spot but we were treated like long term customers. We toured several models and were given all the time we needed without feeling any pressure whatsoever. Rather than trying to make a quick sale, their goal is to make sure that you pick the right model. I would definitely recommend Jay and The RV Spot to anyone looking to buy an RV or trailer.
