Updated Review - March, 2022Having just had the exterior of my home, including Windows, Gutters, Skylights, Roof, Patio Doors and Patio cleaned earlier to day, once again, I am pleased to tell homeowners in my neighbourhood (Ocean Park, Crescent Beach, South Surrey) how pleased I am with the service provided by Kyle M, who is the Owner of Mountain View Windows. Kyle's standard is top-notch. If you would like your house to stand out from the rest, may I suggest you telephone this company before the waiting list gets full. Not only does Kyle and his assistant do an excellent job, but they are charming and courteous and a joy to have around.Many thanks from a grateful home owner, who is rather fussy.

Terrific work ethic - excellent communication & reliability and always quality work. His employees are well-trained, personable and do a great job. If a repair needs to be done, they'll do it. A truly outstanding company. Kyle is the owner and he came to perform the work by himself at my parents' house. He was excellent, very knowledgeable, hardworking, polite, attentive and transparent with the pricing with reasonable rates, reliable and performed all the work services perfectly. He did such an outstanding job on the exterior house work. The house looked completely new after. The work is impeccable. He takes the time to ensure work is done perfectly and never rushed through the work as well. If you are looking for great quality of work and fair pricing and total satisfaction after the service, I strongly recommend this company and Kyle. The best service one could ever ask for! Kyle did an excellent job with our interior window cleaning. He did well to accommodate three of us working from home at the same time, and did well to reach windows in difficult locations.

We have long searched for an experienced, well-equipped and caring company to regularly wash our property and residence. Kyle and Patrick from Mountain View did a tremendous job of removing all the moss build up from our roof and cleaning it, as well as cleaning all our gutters, windows and skylights. They brought a very high level of professionalism to their work, and kept working outside all day in the middle of a big west coast rainstorm. They also detected some damage caused by a critter around one of the skylights and performed a quick repair in addition to their full workload, at a nominal fee. Speaking of costs, their work cost estimate was better than another local service provider. Finally, and what impressed me the most, was the positive attitude and energy that they brought to their work both days. This kind of work isn't always fun, but Kyle and Patrick fed off each other's positivity, and it was reflected in the quality of their work. I would recommend them unreservedly and look forward to hiring them again next year.

Thanks for a job well done. Not only did you do the windows inside and out but cleaned the sills and got all the stains off the shed door. What a difference.

Kyle is straightforward and easy to communicate with ... which is so great. Patrick (his sidekick) came to clean our windows and do our gutters yesterday, the work was first rate and excellent value. We live in a big old house in East Van built in 1905. I highly recommend Mountain View to any household looking for these services!

Kyle and his team power washed our entire driveway, decks and pool area which is a big job. Everything looks great. There were some tricky areas and they had to move some things around and it turned out fantastic. We are thrilled with their work and would highly recommend their services.
