I can't express my gratitude enough for Aaron! I am in the process of purchasing a home here in East China and needed a home inspection. I have built homes in Arizona using the California UBC codes but was unfamiliar with Michigan construction and Aaron was not only kind enough to answer my questions and explain the differences in construction due to climates he educated me as to why. He was impressive to say the least in his scope of knowledge and I would never want anyone else to be my inspector for something I was going to invest my money into. Arrow Inspection Co. is lucky to have him, and to anyone looking for an honest and competent inspector ask for Aaron Latsch. I know I will in the future.
